Hans Petersen – Analytic Expert and Technical Advisor

As Vice President of Software Development & Operations at Financial Profiles in San Diego, Hans managed a team of over 50 employees, and successfully executed a product and sales turnaround, surpassing all financial objectives. Here he developed new and derivative products, deepened partner integrations, expanded professional services and doubled revenue within ten quarters. Prior to joining Financial Profiles, Hans served as Vice President of Decision Technology at Creditland, a direct competitor to LendingTree. Previously, as a Product Manager at Fair Isaac, Hans managed the P&L of a credit origination product. As a Software Engineer at Fair Isaac in San Diego (HNC Software), Hans designed and developed high-speed and real-time credit origination and credit fraud solutions for the financial services industry, growing with the corporation through multiple software lifecycles and a successful IPO. Most recently, Hans was President and co-founder of Meriture, Inc., a software analytic startup developing anti-viral drug discovery software in partnership with the Food & Drug Administration.

Rob Murdock – Credit Industry Expert and Technical Advisor

Rob is the Co-Founder of Luxor Technologies, Inc. a privately held company specializing in credit data analysis and next generation credit reporting software. Rob is a seasoned veteran of credit reporting technology and was the co-author of Instant Merge (Patent# 5,247,547), the first online merged credit reporting system. Prior to Luxor Technologies, Rob served as senior architect for CSC’s credit repository system that managed 150 million consumer credit reports and processed more than 100 credit report transactions per second. He also served as senior technologist for First American/CREDCO (NYSE: FAF) where he created and patented Instant Merge system for today's largest credit data integrator.

Jim Weinberg – Credit Industry Expert and Technical Advisor

Jim serves as Vice President and Chief Systems Architect with Luxor Technologies, Inc. a privately held company specializing in credit data analysis and next generation credit reporting software. Jim has over 20 years experience in the credit reporting industry and was the author of the worlds foremost credit data merge logic, one of the most specialized technologies in the financial services industry, supporting over one hundred thousand transactions daily. Jim has served as senior technologist, in both management and development capacities for various firms including First American/CREDCO (NYSE: FAF) and HNC Software, Inc. (acquired by Fair Isaac NYSE: FIC) While at CREDCO, Jim co-created the Instant Merge system and designed the direct to consumer credit report marketed by CREDCO today.

Andrew Kaiser – Venture Finance Executive Advisor

Andy is the Vice President of finance for Coradiant, Inc. and is responsible for all venture funding and executive operations. Andy specializes in creating the financial and administrative functions for start-up companies. Andy has been on the ground floor of several San Diego start-ups and has implemented the accounting, human resources, contracts, purchasing, operations, and facility departments. Start-up experience in the networking industry includes IPivot (acquired by Intel NASDAQ:INTC), Primary Access (acquired by 3Com NASDAQ:COMS), and NextGig. Andy also has direct start-up and consulting experience with Internet, biotech, legal, and gaming industries. Early in his career, Andy worked at Loral (now L3 Communications) and Sundstrand Corp (now Hamilton-Sundstrand).
