ARMORPOINT™ announces the official close of its Series A Financing Round

SAN DIEGO, CA, November 30, 2005 -- ARMORPOINT, Inc. the leader and market innovator of Total Credit Management Solutions (SM), announced today that it has officially closed its Series A funding round that will fund accelerated sales, marketing efforts and future product development to meet growing customer demand for its solutions. Investors include Antony Murigu and his Triple3 Venture Fund, along with other accredited angel investors. In addition, the terms of this round will appoint Antony Murigu to ARMORPOINT's board of directors.

Founded in early 2004, ARMORPOINT is the market leader in Total Credit Management and the creators of the first 3-bureau credit management software and Credit GPA technology.
