ACCESS TO PASSWORD PROTECTED/SECURE AREAS

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
Any software which you download is governed in accordance with (i) the license terms accompanying the file or (ii) if no license terms accompany the file, the terms of the license agreement which accompanied the original product licensed by you which you are updating.
MEMBERSHIP FEE
ARMORPOINT charges its users a software license fee, membership set-up fee and monthly membership subscription fee. All fees will be billed to your designated credit card account on the terms described below. All software fees are a one time fee only. All membership set-up fees are a one time fee only. All membership subscription fees are billed monthly.
RENEWALS
Unless you notify ARMORPOINT that you do not wish to renew your membership, ARMORPOINT will automatically renew your membership at the end of each term and bill the then-current renewal fee to the credit card account designated by you when you joined.
Entire Agreement
This AGREEMENT constitutes the entire AGREEMENT between You and ARMORPOINT with respect to your use of this WEBSITE.
